After successfully building (and personally engineering) three studios in three years, it was time to pull a team together to help it all run smoothly. Played a key role in onboarding through careful cultivation of a five department in-house production staff of 20+ members. As team motivator and champion, I established an office culture that on a macro scale inspired team confidence and improved overall staff performance on a micro scale. As a leadership mentor, provided guidance and collaboration to intradepartmental managers, entrusting/delegating leadership and accountability. Helped fine-tune in-house cross-functional team collaboration to streamline optimal project output and delivery. Oversaw end-to-end project management of numerous studio and field projects from ideation or concept to final distribution. As executive producer of multiple on-location shoots, managed above-the-line responsibilities as well as onsite coordination. As a production team, we continuously created content aimed to spread brand and company awareness through collaboration, ideation and execution. Acted as super Collaborator on behalf of RCTV for logistics and trafficking of assets to various media outlets (TWC, UVerse, DTV, DISH, FOX, ION, USA, History Channel, CNBC, etc.). During all studio and green screen shoots (both live and live-to-tape), not only did I physically direct all of RCTV's content, I also managed talent and crew.
