Involved in preparing and finalizing Quality Jobs incentive applications from existing Oklahoma companies; as well as working with Business Recruiters on business attraction projects. Christopher also works with ODOC's Regional Development Specialists in various ways. In April 2014, he became ODOC's representative on the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture's Farm Diversification and Modernization Fund advisory board, which evaluates and makes recommendations on grant and loan applications from Oklahoma agricultural businesses. In 2012, Christopher also became the manager of the Oklahoma Viticulture and Enology Fund, which offers loans and grants to qualified entities involved in the wine and grape industry in Oklahoma.

Involved in developing and maintaining the Commerce Department’s buildings and sites database, as well as conducting research on targeted companies. In this position, Christopher gathered, input, and organized information on available industrial buildings and sites across the state for companies looking to expand or relocate to Oklahoma.
