Since leaving school 20 years ago went straight in to the Holiday Homes industry beginning my journey at Willerby at 16, learning and been trained on various roles within the production line . After a few years of doing many different roles I became a strong and established member of the final finish team on the production line . Two years ago had the opportunity to join Victory Leisure Homes within the Soft Furnishings team , twelve months later then became the Team Leader of the team . To the lead the team and see the results every day is very rewarding.
