I implemented AGV operations in cell production plants, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency. I troubleshot issues with AGV cars, docks, Auto Pack, and related systems to maintain productivity. I developed and maintained MES to monitor and control manufacturing processes for efficient production and data accuracy. I gathered data for reports to improve AGV operations and reduce ETA times. I updated PLC consoles and ladder logic programs for automation systems. Additionally, I performed preventive maintenance on all automation systems and AGVs, ensuring uninterrupted operations. I managed equipment and server operations to achieve daily targets and KPIs. Finally, I prepared reports and data for record-keeping and meetings, ensuring accurate documentation for decision-making.
