As part of this role i am responsible for:- Maintain relationships between the company and the awarding and regulatory bodies.- Manage the registration, assessment, verification and certification process, and progress of each programme and participant, ensuring processes adhere to the rules of the awarding and regulatory bodies.- Communicate with staff, Partners, awarding and regulatory bodies and suppliers.- Marketing support (to be undertaken in conjunction with Marketing Senior Partner).- Website development, maintenance and support– SEO/Google Analytics and Google Adwords.- TRapla (Calendar system) maintenance and support.- Procure and maintain I.T. hardware, software, service provision and support.- Maximizer (CRM) maintenance and support.- FlexiLearner® (LMS) maintenance and support.- Provide I.T. support to Partners, participants, tutors and associates, assessors and colleagues for the delivery of consultancy and training programmes.- Adhere to Company standards, policies and procedures.
