• Work in line with Health & Safety policies, ensuring compliance with legislation and company safety principles.• Create weekly order sheets, maintain standing orders, and generate sales orders in the planning system.• Monitor customer stock levels, plan deliveries, and allocate trailers efficiently to address potential issues proactively.• Liaise with third-party drivers, hauliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery operations.• Manage purchase orders for logistics-related suppliers and inform the Engineering department of any issues.• Conduct daily communications with customers, addressing inquiries and escalating complaints when necessary.
