Major responsibilities are working as a team to reduce Shrink by conducting regular education/awareness sessions and executing internal awareness programs and ensuring operational programs are in place .I participate in minimizing inventory losses and achieving Shrinkage goals whilst working with store management on addressing loss prevention issues .On a daily basis I develop and maintain a positive working relationship with store management /associates/local officials and other loss prevention industry departments .I am currently involved in new management/associates loss prevention inductions which is something I enjoy . I also ensure that compliance with health and safety and security procedures are at its highest standard and assigned special projects to improve certain areas of risk . As a member of the loss prevention department I lead by example with a friendly face and I am always willing to help and set myself goals and targets .I have been the District charity Champion for three years and absolutely love getting stuck in with charity projects within the business and raising money for charity . My opinion of myself is that i am a passionate successful team member who shares the drive and commitment to succeed .I act with integrity and also able to lead a team when and if needed .
