Relevant experienceI have worked construction since I was 15 years old. I started out framing houses and progressed my way to the inside of home building gathering experience of the inside finish work such as; wood floors, tiling, drywall/mudding, cabinet work, and trim work. It then sparked my interest to venture into home improvements as a whole but still wanted to also venture into commercial. I gained lots of knowledge through college and implemented it by creating my own business, CT Home Improvements. The years of experience in home building, maintenance, and college has me one step closer to my ultimate goal in life. I can easily schedule projects, my time management is great, and my people skills are outstanding. All my jobs have taught me valuable skills and endless learning experiences. I took a big leap and currently started a project (June 16, 2013) as the General Contractor of a handicap ADA ramp for a commercial property. I am very excited for this opportunity and is yet another golden step towards my ultimate goal which is owning a very successful general contracting company. I believe that one day I will be a great role model for all general contractors and sub contractors. I have the push and passion to get me there and will do whatever it takes to get myself there.I believe anyone can do anything they want to. It just needs hard work and dedication. I have both. I work full-time at Sampson Construction and almost full-time at my own personal business.
