I'm currently the Primary South West Regional Education Director for Academies Enterprise Trust (AET) . Previously, I was the Principal of AET's largest Primary, Barton Hill Academy, which continues to hold its status as a flagship for inclusion and is highly recognised for its international work. Prior to taking up the Regional role, I led as a Principal for over eight years in both Devon and Kent. During this time I oversaw significant school improvement, notably leading Ofsted recognised transformation during my first Headship, whilst being one of the country's youngest Principals. More recently, I played a key role in supporting all my regional academies to have positive graded Ofsted inspection and gain outcomes of 'Good' or better, with two improving overall grades.
