• Responsible for leading a team of field service technicians, managing their contracted hours, and conducting performance reviews• Planning and managing a full on-call rota and providing out-of-hours assistance to respond to unscheduled breakdowns.• Completing all unscheduled maintenance and operation of the Powergen assets to the standard set and agreed by the engineering and maintenance team• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance as and when required• Maintaining and maximising operational efficiency for all assets• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders• Ensuring all reporting within the CMMS is carried out effectively and accurately• Liaising with contractors, customers, and the general public when required• Ensuring the upkeep of personal tools and equipment, and ensuring van stock levels

Key Responsibilities • Undertaking all aspects of automobile repair work• Mechanical and electrical fault finding• Repairing and customising a range of vehicles• TIG/MIG welding• General mechanical work including full rebuilds, repairs and diagnostics, fixing paint work defects, and SMART repairs to above OEM standard

• Operating, running, and managing the configuration of a range of beam saws• Spraying panels to a very high standard for Omega.

• Operating CNC and manual lathes and millers• Making pneumatic and hydraulic valve and, cylinders• General machining of various metals and plastics
