As the Production Support Manager, I directed the efforts of a 10-member global Support team responsible for the support of 25 Production clients on the FXL system across the globe. I managed all reported client support issues, drove escalations, coordinated with Development on the delivery of critical hot fixes, managed client expectations and resourced workload across a global structure.
