As a Gunnery Sergeant of Marines I Serve as a Marksmanship Instructor, Substance Abuse Coordinating Officer and Company Gunnery Sergeant for a Marine company, a military unit of more than 140 members. Take Boiler Readings on boiler/s that are in service, inspect boiler chemical tote for consumption, ensure boiler sky valve is at set point. Make sure water temperature, steam pressure, D.A tank water level, flue gas temperatures, D.A tank water pump pressure and water level to boilers are all within operating range. As well as inspecting boiler rooms and walk all refrigeration areas to ensure there isn’t anything unusual to report. Coordinate/communicate with supervisor and techs in my charge to execute repairs utilizing the SOP’s, Lock out/tag out, Hmi, P&ID’s, GMP’s and stay in compliance with CAL OSHA/EPA and companies policies.
