* Supervise up to 10 Credit Analysts. * Assist in interviewing and hiring new associates. * Write and conduct evaluations of department associates. * Develop associates by establishing goals and identifying Training/development needs. * Conduct and perform monthly work audits to ensure quality receivable.

* Audited leases to ensure Credit Department compliance with company and lender policy. * Restructured and resold leases that did not meet investor guidelines. * Participated in the review of portfolio performance to establish new credit policies and procedures.

* Reviewed credit, application, and appraisal information for underwriter. * Audited loan documents for investor acceptance.
