• Provided high level complex technical support regarding any aspect of the client’s environment including any networking/security issues. • Created Training presentations and present to Head Market Data/IT • Worked directly with client’s packager to deploy FactSet using any number of software including SCCM or virtual roll outs using published apps in Citrix/Terminal Servers/AppV • Was the main point of contact for client security/proxy admins to quickly asses any issues concerning roll outs/the software getting blocked ect. • Helped clients use FactSet efficiently by showing them how they can use the product tailored to their financial role. • Troubleshot complex latency issues using a number of tools including Wireshark. [Example: Proving a Cisco Ironports ssl inspections is causing disconnects or latency within FactSet and walking a network engineer through white listing specific portions of FactSet traffic.]• Created SOP’s and training media to help new Engineers.
