Responsible for the day to day running of the business including: production cycle planning, product and systems development, staff management including recruitment and training.Ensuring the business runs to a dedicated HACCP Plan and Organic Handling Plan. Responsible for HACCP & Organic Certification Audit readiness as well as ensuring we operate to the standards of the NSWFA. I also oversee all accounts payable and receivable utilising both MYOB and Xero. Within my role I also coordinate product dispatch & receivables and hold a current Forklift License.
