A recent Summa Cum Laude (3.96 GPA) college graduate with a Bachelors in Computer Science. Looking to utilize the extensive technical skills I have acquired, leveraged with 15 years of top tier customer service experience to land a home in the Cybersecurity field. I have always felt a sense of fulfillment in helping others. I strive to communicate effectively with everyone that I collaborate with. Knowing that I assisted a client or fellow team member with solving a problem, or even better, stopped one from occurring, is one of many things that truly make me feel good at the end of the day. I bring a sense of confidence and quick learning ability to new challenges that come my way. My healthy competitive nature helps me excel on any kind of level, team or individual orientated. These past three years I have studied hard to earn my Bachelors Degree in Computer Science this September 2022, with my concentration in the field of Cybersecurity. I also completed my Security+ certification in October to proving I am ready to begin this new chapter of my career. I feel these accomplishments highlight the loyal and hard work ethic I possess. I have spent countless hours at home taking advantage of credible sources like TryHackMe, LetsDefend, and my school alumni DeVry Lab environment to better practice the skills needed for roles involved with Incident Response, SOC analysis, Log Auditing, Security Configurations, Networking, etc. I found my passion in SOC Analysis and the way it tests my ability to investigate and think about piecing the story back together through the discovered artifacts.
