As a Regional Recruiter with DePaul Community Resources, I am responsible for the recruitment of prospective Resource Families (a.k.a. Foster Families) and Sponsored Residential Providers for the greater Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, and Fishersville market areas. As a Regional Recruiter I help oversee a multi-systemic approach to recruit Resource Families and Sponsored Residential Providers within my service location's region. In the twelve calendar months following my hire, I oversaw increases in the number of inquiries in Fishersville, Charlottesville, and Harrisonburg markets of 63%, 164%, and 218% respectively as compared with the previous twelve calendar months prior to my hire.
