I also have significant experience preparing validity and freedom-to operate opinions related to portfolio design strategies and developing pragmatic changes to products and systems to minimize infringement issues. My expertise lies primarily in the mechanical and electromechanical arts, where I collaborate with clients to develop portfolios that improve market standing and minimize potential conflicts. I earned my B.S. in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point and my J.D. from George Mason University of Law.
