• Utilized cGMP to perform daily operations to produce cellular immunotherapy products. o Identified a compliance gap in data collection for cellular washers within the facility and participated on a cross-functional team to onboard a server for the collection of data per CFR 21 Part 11.o Performed Activation, Transduction, and Formulation of cellular product in an ISO 5 environment. o Acted as a manufacturing SME to identify and mitigate potential gaps and risks in a Failure Mode Effective Analysis risk assessment for the cell washer. o Assisted in the creation of a troubleshooting guide for frequent alarms caused by the cell washer. o Qualified trainer in alarm response and batch record review to 20 Manufacturing personnel. o Supported timely closure of deviations and interim disposition assessments for equipment excursions, equipment failures, and exceeded operational parameters through QA assessment in the Deviation Management System (eQRMS) as a SME. • Contributed to manufacturing capacity projects to improve manufacturing process efficiency. o Quantified media waste from cell washer data, providing a cost analysis that resulted in the 50% reduction of wasted reagents. o Identified waste created by logbook system, resulting in over $100,000 cost per year due to deviations and reperformed work.o Contributed to implementation of workstations in cell processing suites, for a projected 33% increase in produced patient product weekly.

Analyzed single celled organisms from Seattle lakes and streams by isolation of antibiotic resistant photosynthetic single-celled organisms through inoculation in liquid medium with ampicillin and genetic sequencing testing to examine genes of interest. Genes of interest included the chloroplast of Chlorella as well as ribosomal genes of cyanobacteria. Presented data findings at the Seattle University Undergraduate Research Association conference on May 12, 2017. Presentation used R for statistical analysis and for the generation of a best fit phylogeny from the data.

We are in charge of preventing accidents before they occurred for the different user groups, including swim teams, synchronized swimming and water polo. Other duties included checking of chemicals daily, as well as cleaning the surrounding deck area and daily cleaning of the pool. Also taught swim lessons.
