Recruited for newly created position to manage commercial and industrial credit facilities, revolving lines of credit, venture capital and/or equity positions, related commercial real estate credit facilities and construction loans. Employ strategies to maximize value for the bank as well as the client relationship including business turnarounds, sales as going concerns, Chapter 11 Bankruptcy reorganizations and redeploytment of business assets. The majority of the relationships are family owned and operated businesses. On occasion, consults with the Wealth Management Group on trust and specialty assets matters.

Directed a staff of up to seven in the management of a $200 million portfiolio of distressed credit facilities nationwide comprised of commercial and industrial as well as business acquisition loans for small business borrowers generally tied with a US Small Business Administration and the US Department of Agriculture guaranteed loan programs. In addition, managed the Appraisal Review function and Environmental Review function for loans with business real estate collateral.
