Responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of the utility’s asset portfolio, as well as the growth and oversight of the Asset Management Programs for the water/wastewater infrastructure assets of the Evesham Municipal Utilities Authority. Procures asset management tools; develops processes and procedures to capture information for high level and complex decision-making related to optimizing the lifespan of utility assets. Conducts research projects through interdepartmental collaboration and independent study of cost-benefit analyses as it relates to the impact on the triple bottom line and present findings and recommendations to the Executive Director and Board of Commissioners. Participates in the development of funding strategies to appropriately address the financial impact of planned capital projects. Maintains comprehensive inventory database for fixed assets. Analyzes current asset listing; formulate strategy to locate all listed assets; ensures all applicable assets are tagged; oversees inventory and small asset management; develops strategy for fixed asset recording of all underground infrastructure.

A dynamic position which includes project management, environmental policy, communication strategy and varied analytical research. Responsibilities include all aspects of permit organization and management for crucial components of water utility infrastructure, content creation for public outreach efforts, public communications creation, project management in an administrative role, development of environmental compliance strategies, analytical research conclusions, and leadership of the Auxiliary Systems department.
