Responsible as Team Leader to coordinate with facility managers for all facility surveys. Responsible for ensuring all imported files adhere to the ePRISMS QAP v.3.2.3 before import process is began. Responsible for coordinating with the ePRISMS Help Desk to resolve any questions or concerns APG has with ePRISMS database. Responsible for ensure ePRISMS editors acquire all ePRISMS tool sets for Microstation as well as the correct version of Microstation is install for editor use. Responsible for running quarterly reports for survey inventory and to track remaining facility to be surveyed. Responsible for assisting in RPLANS reconciliation with Installation Master Planner. Responsible to provide weekly status reports to RPAO detailing weekly counts for facilities surveyed and added to ePRISMS database as well as overall sustainment progress for ePRISMS Program. Responsible for reviewing and signing off on DD1354 inventory adjustments from facility survey. Responsible to sign off on outgoing assignment letters validating the changes made by surveyor. Responsible for assisting ISR program with updated floor plan data as well as verifying Category Code changes that have been made from a result of a survey. Responsible for running the Real Property Inventory Report extracts from GFEBS for APG RPAO. Responsible for entering provided survey information into ePRISMS (Enterprise Proactive Real-property Interactive Space Management System) accurately to determine tenant occupancy rate as well as utilization rate for facilities on APG. Responsible for viewing, comparing, and changing asset data within GFEBS using the Master Data Maintainer Role. Responsible for assisting in the 2016 CFOA for Aberdeen Proving Ground by validating Facility Lifecycle information both with documents and field work. Responsible for standing up ePRISMS at Aberdeen Proving Ground in coordination with SynCADD (ePRISMS distributor).

Responsible for researching existing data prior to facility surveys. This included converting drawings from AutoCAD and other various CAD formats into Microstation V8i format. Responsible for conducting multiple facility surveys to measure and collect the necessary data for creating Microstation V8i CADD floor plans. Responsible for entering provided survey information into ePRISMS (Enterprise Proactive Real-property Interactive Space Management System) accurately to determine tenant occupancy rate as well as utilization rate for facilities on APG. Responsible for conducting field surveys quickly, accurately, and thoroughly. Ability to draft accordingly, collect and maintain architectural footprint of the building, interior and exterior walls, doors, windows, room names, room numbers, column information, and all other related information. Responsible for creating CADD drawings adhering to the Tri-Service and AEC drawing standards. Responsible for creating and managing checklist for all facility surveys. Responsible for managing all survey hardcopies and notes for later entry into the document management system. Responsible for viewing, comparing, and changing asset data within GFEBS using the Master Data Maintainer Role. Responsible for assisting in the 2016 CFOA for Aberdeen Proving Ground by validating Facility Lifecycle information both with documents and field work.

Responsible for supporting all APG DPW engineers with CAD services, subject but not limited to: Architectural, Mechanical and Civil projects. Responsible for maintaining and updating As-built archive for all APG DPW projects. Scanning, file conversion and assigning all hard and digital copies of drawing sets for APG DPW projects with Micro-film number for archiving process. Responsible for conduction facility site surveys in order to verify contracted work for Architectural and Mechanical projects were preformed correctly and to update existing APG DPW facility floor and mechanical plans

Responsible for drafting design plans for Baltimore Gas & Electric including: Primary and secondary electric routing and rerouting, new utility pole placement, overhead and underground utility routing, and gas main line identification. Responsible for working closely with Customer Issue Violation Department by sending customer letters, updating Excel workbooks/spreadsheets and Issuing WMS (work management system) numbers for violations such as mid-span, deck, satellite dish and driveway violations. Responsible for acting as a liaison between Baltimore Gas & Electric and customer contractors solving solutions to increased demands or new services for gas or electric public or commercial utilities. DLCP (distribution line clearance program) followed clearance per NESC for safety violations concerning customer service cable (secondary {Triplex, Multiplex, 3/0 and 4/0}). Duties included site visit to location, hand sketching of violation and solution, complete design in Microstation and planning of materials using Expert Designer
