With having a diverse background, ranging from farm work to luxury retail, I have found that I am able to connect with most people on some level. In being able to make a genuine connect with people you are able to not only make the person you are working with more at ease but you also can gain their trust. When you are working with people you can trust you work more efficiently and typically you have more fun.In years of working with luxury brands, I have been given a unique opportunity to see the Operational side of the business. As a member of management, you are rotated, with most companies, in different areas of responsibility. In areas such as "People" taught me about most things HR. Hiring, onboarding, recruiting, employee reviews, as well as elevated issues.Operations where one would be responsible for facilities, processing merchandise, ordering supplies, as well as overseeing the stock and replenishment teams. Visuals ensuring that the store at all times is up to company standards, plan and execute floor sets.Customer experience- Ensuring the training of all employees of product knowledge, selling strategies, clientelling, special events, to name a few.
