NightWatch was acquired by Avel eCare in January of 2023.

Vaught focused on solutions development for hospice facilities, hospitals, long-term care, assisted living facilities and retail pharmacies.

Vaught was responsible for acute and long-term care beds, outpatient clinic, operating room, and emergency department operations. He helped established Summers County Community Clinic in partnership with Beckley Health Right. While Vaught served in this position, Summers County ARH had the highest patient and physician satisfaction and Core Measures scores in the nine-hospital system.
