As a student ambassador at The University of Bridgeport’s office of admissions, I was involved in various projects like leading campus tours, providing general information about the University and campus, helping with school events, providing customer service for admissions department, and performing administrative functions like answering calls, mailing acceptance letters, and filing important student documentation.

Worked as part of an integrated IT team along with Yale personnel in a multi-vendor multi-platform environment. Provided technical assistance for the online billing platform and ticketing system to the Finance and Administration department, staff and students which included problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution.
