Being a service Manager is as tough as you might imagine. If something needs to get taken care of, you come to me, and everyone knows that! Everyone wants to do what I do, but nobody understands the amount of time and personal effort exerted on my day-to-day responsibilities. I'm OCD with improving processes and always look for ways to improve things.I work in a complex environment that involves many different types of personalities, internal and external. It's a personal challenge to take the critical factors of this environment and build it into a fantastic team. I love taking on customer and employee problems and making them work for the benefit of both sides. You could say I fix people, not cars.When I'm not obsessing over my job, I like to read self-help books and see how I can relate them to my current work field. I returned to school at a late age, but it's never too late to learn. Learning is an ongoing task, no matter what your age.
