Desktop Support Technician
- Provide first and second level technical support for all users by phone email or on site support.
- Manage the helpdesk queue by handling any tasks that come in or assigning them to the system administrator.
- Manage active directory by creating new users and managing any permissions.
- Provide any necessary on site technical support for the Bergen and Methodist clinics.
- Work with outside vendors to resolve network outages and 3rd party system issues.
- Reorder and replace any necessary hardware or software license’s as needed.
