Tailored syllabus and training environment to accommodate customers' needs. Trained a variety of business users including web content authors, system administrators and .NET developers in Sitecore. Created customized user manuals and training support for customers. Provided training to new developers who will be working with Sitecore.

Provided training for PTC Windchill 10.1 system administration. Provided support for Stratasys 3D printers (Objet line) across 4 states. PreSales support including machine demos, materials consulting and 3D technology presentations. Managed and supported HQ’s email, print and file services. Managed a 5 campus, 300+ user network. 150 of the users are remote field technicians throughout the US. Supported Windows Mobile Devices, laptops, desktops and servers. Organized and delegated service requests that arrived via ticketing system.
