My role is development and product management of cutting-edge automation solutions used across the firm and with our clients, contributing $3mm+ in margin to the firm yearly. I collaborate with team members to ideate, design, develop, and launch these products, leveraging tools like Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL as we build. Our work significantly reduces staff hours and substantially increases revenue across the firm. I manage development and delivery teams, including software developers and product teams, to turn concepts into reality, while guiding solution strategy to ensure it complies with regulatory frameworks. The FSI team is driving results-focused innovation and deployment. Our workflow automation tools have led to the recovery of thousands of staff hours, and have substantially enhanced project margins, producing millions to firm revenue. Our products are used by hundred of teams to enhance overall productivity by eliminating repetitive efforts and allowing our teams to focus on high-value activities. The Telluride Venture Network (TVN) is a nationally recognized, award-winning entrepreneurial ecosystem that supports new, innovative, and growing businesses. TVN’s mission to diversify the regional economy has resulted in 50 graduating companies, dozens of new jobs, millions of investment dollars raised, 1,000+ hours of mentoring, and the birth of high-impact efforts such as the Telluride Venture Fund (TVF), a regional loan fund, and an active co-working space.-Played a key role in the search for a Director of TVN's LatinX boot camp through the recruitment process. Evaluated and interviewed local candidates and successfully hired a new director.-Conducted extensive analysis of over 400 mining-related companies, producing a comprehensive thesis and writing a compelling proposal for a mining-focused venture fund.-Effectively orchestrated monthly investor meetings, assuming the additional responsibility of crafting and presenting engaging pitch decks for focus companies
