Responsible for managing Staples new dynamic pricing system, Guidance, and new analytics tool, Insights. Also responsible for handling all of the data validations for Guidance and Insights. Conducts data analyses for Guidance to facilitate change within the system as well as doing root cause analyses for issues within the pricing business, such as sales discrepancies compared to other departments and margin causality, and pricing irregularities or misconceptions.Conduct Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing for new Sales and Bid Tool within the Pricing and Sales organizations. This includes validating JIRA stories and making note of issues and communicating said issues to the engineering team.Key member of the implementation team for Guidance and Insights. Responsibilities included the selection of what features to use in the system and testing of the system as it was being implemented. The focus of testing was making sure that our historical daily and monthly data was loaded properly as well as ensure the processes to load our new daily and monthly data worked properly. Act as backup leader on the daily standup calls for legacy tools engineering team within pricing when Scrum Master is not available. I Provided Analytical Consulting to UMass Residential Life including Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources as part of a four person team. We analyzed Marketing and Operational data and options for Student Housing Occupancy and Assignments.Results: UMass Residential Life to propose to change their cancellation schedules and housing communications process, as well as making changes to certain Residential Areas as to draw more customers.

I assisted Professor Gerald Epstein with researching a select group of US companies in regards to money held in overseas subsidiaries. The group of US companies included Apple, Google, Microsoft, Pfizer, and Merck. I analyzed SEC publications including their 10-K and 10-Q statements, specifically looking for revenues and how much was generated by the overseas subsidiaries. All of this data was them compiled and presented in a poster format for the faculty and students of the Economics department at UMass Amherst.
