Responsible for the design, development, implementation and improvement of technical training programs and courses for the Dimension and Fortus product lines of rapid prototyping 3d printers. Conduct technical training classes on-site and at customer locations both domestic and international.

Responsible for providing support to field personnel and customers with technical issues related to FSI surface conditioning equipment. Coordinate issue response within FSI to include multiple disciplines such as Project Management, Software Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering and Process Engineering when necessary. Management of field support and field installation tasks.

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of semi-conductor wafer processing equipment. Perform advanced level preventative maintenance and troubleshoot advanced technical/mechanical issues. Coordinate customer site-specific activities. Facilitate and reconcile data collection while representing company interests during tool performance meetings with customers.
