As a retired SMSgt (E-8), I understand that In an organization, the people are the number one asset. I consider myself a genuine person, so I have always been able to relate to people on a personal level. By doing this, it has helped me connect with the people around me to ensure they succeed as well as the organization. I'm an experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Facilities Services industry. I've excelled in organizations through networking, interpersonal skills and putting people first. I love getting to know the people who make an organization excel.
