Duty Manager
CurrentDirectly supervises FBI Quantico campus maintenance control center. Provides daily work control management and coordination for 177 Government buildings, encompassing 18,959 work spaces. Spaces include: Data Centers, Secured work spaces, Laboratories, Conference rooms, Dormitories, General Work areas, Cafeterias, Loading docks and Warehouses. Serves as facilities Subject Matter Expert, to include the FBI Academy at Quantico Va. and 20 other Bureau offsite locations. Implements facility emergency response action plans with upper level management, directs all emergency requests to appropriate agency where there is an immediate danger to life, health, safety or building structural safety. Compiles daily facility management reports for executive management and updates continual daily work logs. Forecasts potential maintenance issues through in-depth historical analysis and communicates findings to technicians and upper level management. Self-motivated, manages time wisely, and remains productive when unsupervised. Works in conjunction with Project Management Office providing technical research and conceptual ideas on Academy improvement projects from minor to multi-million-dollar modifications.Leads by example. Hands on supervisor that shows extreme initiative when presented with problems regardless of the complexity. Outstanding technical oriented thought process, able to understand and relate complex technical issues and provide solutions to upper management in a clear and concise manner. Self-motivated, manages time wisely, and remains productive when unsupervised. Possesses exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience with MS Windows, MS outlook, MS Excel and fluent in using IBM Trigga Facility Management/ Maintenance/ Capital Improvement programs.
