As SVP, iCrossing Media Solutions, I am responsible for customizing, improving, designing and guiding media technology solutions for internal and external clients. Acting as a senior subject matter expert in media businesses and technologies, my primary role is to help bridge gaps between the sales, service lines, and product development organizations to facilitate the best solutions for clients. I participate in build, buy, and partner discussions within the digital media domain and work with product managers, product owners, engineers, business analysts, project managers and customers to help ensure the needs of the customer are incorporated into development planning. Working with marketing and sales, I help craft the market positioning for our software, and the articulation of its value to clients. I have responsibilities over the integration of existing media technologies into iCrossing's growing suite of audience definition, segmentation, content generation, buying and measuring tools.
