Current-Proactively soliciting delinquent customers in an effort to determine the collectability and/or cash flow potential of the customer-Negotiate high risk, 90+ delinquent mortgage loans through a web-based application. -Manage and facilitate resolution of complex distressed consumer loans.-Loss Mitigation-Mortgage workout options, various modification products, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, short sales, repayment plans and repurchase provisions, ARM analysis, and Escrow Analysis. -Provide status of the transaction throughout the closing process to the appropriate customers.-Computer software: LoanServ, Customer Resolution Workstation, NPV, Outlook, Projecta, PeopleSoft
