I am a hard working, focused, motivated and reliable type of person, who has a wide range of skills which I have developed over the years due to my past experience working in different environments. My previous roles in Brentford FC Community Sports Trust gave me some confidence in improving in valuable skills, such as communication, organisation and critical thinking. During my time at the community sports trust, I had the opportunity to work in a sports coaching environment, one being in a primary school and the other being a football training environment. These opportunities helped me to improve and develop skills like communication, organisation and critical thinking. There are many challenges that would be faced when working with young children, one being that not all of them will be active listeners, so from time to time I would have needed to be patient and communicate in order to make sure the point I wanted to get across was understood. I currently work at a removal company called Cadogan Tate. This is a fast pace type of job, where we’re required to meet a certain target within a certain time frame. Everyday I am required to communicate directly with a customer, explaining what and how certain things are done and to ensure them that there are no problems, during an already stressful time. Whilst having this opportunity to work at such a prestigious company, I’ve been able to improve on skills, such as communication, team working, crucial thinking and organisation.
