Working in the Midlands Primary Branch, I was responsible for a team of 7 consultants who specialise in Primary recrutiment. I also developed a successful desk specialising in primary recruitment in the Coventry and Warwickshire area, which ran at 130 days per week. I was responsible for the day to day success of my team, Business planning, coaching, training, compliance of teachers and account managment of key clients. Working in a 360 recruitment role I worked with both clients and candidates to ensure maximum satisfaction for all parties.

In this role I ran a Coventry Primary supply desk, providing teachers to schools in the local area. Initially starting as a Trainee consultant I sucessfully achieved promotion to Senior consultant and during my time here was awarded Primary consultant of the year and ended as a top biller in the company.

In this role I placed contract employees into positions at both Public and Private companies, for short term, long term and on-going roles. This role focused on working with Civil and Structural engineers, so involved working with local councils on predominantly Civil engineering projects like road repars, and Private companies on both new build housing and office buildings as well as the infrastucture around them.
