· Responsible for the excavator production line.· Changed the direction of the machine assembly process on the excavator line. This improved the material flow from the weld shop to the pre-paint booth and then into final assembly.· Responsible for designing, fabricating and installing new production tracking signs on our three production lines. These were used to give the assembly team a visual report on how well they were attaining our production plan.· Drove design changes through our design team to make the assembly of the excavator easier.
