After serving in the Marine Corps for five years in the Intelligence Community, my professional journey has led me to explore a new career path in which I can continue to invest in others and take part of building healthier and stronger communities. Throughout my time as an undergraduate student and active duty officer, I have developed critical organizational planning, team management, and communication skills in high-pressure environments that have enabled me to lead with confidence.Regardless of what position I have held, I have always had a strong passion to serve others alongside diverse leaders who seek justice and equity.Currently, I am attending graduate school at San Diego State University obtaining a Master's Degree in City Planning and working part-time at San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG). I am currently seeking full-time opportunities in city and urban planning.
