It held a 37% non-operator interest covering approximately 25,000 square kilometers in Guinea, one of the largest exploration and production licenses in West Africa. The Contract has expired with the Republic of Guinea and Hyperdynamic's was traded on the Nasdaq before being downgraded to the OTCQX under the symbol HDYN. This occurred because of a 100MM dry hole that occurred years after my exit from the company.
