I am an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling. I also have a diploma in Exercise and Fitness and my yoga teacher training certification in Sadhana Yoga Chi. I am a final year Chiropractic Intern at Sherman College. I currently compete as a triathlete and have experience with various fitness training modalities including weight training, resistance band training, cardiovascular and endurance training, High Intensity Interval Training, Yoga, core strengthening and stability ball training. I have personal experience with weight loss and published the book Simply Wellness: Learning to Live a Wellness Based Lifestyle One Day at a Time, currently available on Amazon.com and on Kindle. I have an interest in healthy nutrition and alternative medicine. My hobbies include spending time with my wife and three daughters, making music, painting and drawing, cooking, training for and competing in triathlon races, reading and researching health, and writing.
