• Plan, configure and determine allocation of space to optimize maximum instructional capacity, compliance with 60/40 policy and align with UNR Strategic Plan• Plan, develop and oversee comprehensive training program for administrative staff in development, entry and update of their departmental semester course schedules; maintain full and current knowledge of academic programming• Liaise with campus stakeholders to coordinate academic scheduling with campus resources and activities such as smart classrooms, laboratory facilities, construction projects, student clubs activity• Coordinate and implement system timelines, lockout periods, transmission of data for semester term development• Oversee scheduling, contracting, media relations, policy compliance for use of space, equipment and facilities by non-campus users (e.g. community groups, political groups, media, non-profit events/fund raising activities) as coordinated by subordinates• Participate in and oversee community and media public relations to maintain cooperation and positive relationships

*Responsible for the planning and execution of complex logistics within the Joe Crowley Student Union (JCSU), including marketing and scheduling of bookings within the event and meeting spaces of the union.*Manages financial aspects of events and is responsible for the timely invoicing of facility charges in accordance with university and NSHE fiscal policies. *Initiates program development and program assessment within the union that compliments student recruitment and retention activities, as well as those that enhance the reputation of the union as the center of campus life and community.

*Serves as the user administrator for the event management software (EMS) for Drexel University City Main Campus, Center City Hahnamann Campus, and Queen Lane Medical Campus. *Work with Drexel's Information Technology Department in developing processes to test and implement system upgrades and improvements; increasing productivity and quality.*Provide comprehensive training in the use and operation of departmental systems.*Facilitate workshops and training designed to educate constituents in proper event and conference planning. •Broker campus services: including custodial, setup/teardown, and security, in support of over 10,000 event bookings annually•Manage and maintain the university owned equipment inventory, overseeing selection, pricing, and repairs.•Work with campus stakeholder to evaluate space utilization to ensure effective usage*Coordinate efforts needed to execute event logistics for internal departments and external clients. Including execution of facilities and vendor contracts . *Support departmental audio/visual services with administrative support and training.*Configure quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports.*Maintain awareness of technological trends in software and output devises related to event and conference management.•Provide administrative and system support to the summer conference housing program; including room assignments, contracting, check-in and check-out process, and bed linen rental service.
