Without a viable business and cash flow plan the process will fail. My professional execution of plans is why most of my clients have successful outcomes. Equity risk management and the maximization of shareholder wealth are managed to synonymous outcomes. Parties who take equity risk need to receive equity returns; and shareholders need to understand their total returns under any and all possible scenarios. I have the experience to define, explain, and execute these scenarios.
