Maintenance tech over tablet press tooling

• Maintain cleanliness of waste areas in GMP facilities• Maintain inventory & stocking of GMP manufacturing supplies• Small equipment inventory management and ordering of equipment & change parts• Provide support and perform activities and assigned tasks as required to meet the department’s goals and objectives• Order, maintain and repair tablet press tooling

• Advanced knowledge of all sampling functions necessary• Work independently performing all sampling tasks as assigned• Perform sampling of raw materials, API’s, finished product, packaging components and consumables utilizing tabletop balance, analytical balance, yard stick and/or caliper• Prepare sampling packets, create internal sample labels, reducing internal inventory after sampling, etc.• Perform sampling ensuring compliance to applicable Standard Procedures and/or regulatory guidance• Prepare release sample shipment as needed• Clear understanding of project timelines and the importance to deliver on time; as applicable• Participate in material sampling associated deviations investigations, assure investigations are appropriately documented• Assist co-workers with a team related sampling event• Attend training and group/department meeting as necessary• All other duties as assigned

• Accepting deliveries to Dock 10• Receive materials into QTRAC• Use material tracker and all its functions• Stage Jobs for Primary and Secondary Packaging• Make material moves in the appropriate inventory systems• Receive materials into JDE• Schedule incoming deliveries• Work with Controlled Substances and controlled forms
