Owner'S Representative - Project Manager
CurrentAjax Consulting provides hands-on project and construction management as a direct extension of hospitality ownership. I provide oversight and support for project managers and asset managers including budget preparation, project scheduling and tracking, contractor bidding, weekly updates, and overall project planning. I work closely with architects, interior designers and contractors to coordinate hotel renovation, restoration and retrofitting projects in a timely and sustainable manner.
