I have being associated with my fellow colleagues at the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) since 1984. The need for safe, decent and affordable housing touches many families in Delaware, and our agency is involved in almost all aspects of providing housing opportunities. This includes programs ranging from rental assistance, community development and first time homebuyer mortgage programs. The staff at DSHA works hard towards this goal and I am honored to be part of this organization and the positive impact it has for the citizens of Delaware. As Director of Housing Management, I oversee the operation of the Federally Funded Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs in Kent and Sussex Counties and the State funded State Rental Assistance Program (SRAP) throughout Delaware. I love living along the Atlantic seacoast and sailing on the Rehoboth Bay. I consider myself extremely lucky to be in a position to help other Delawareans who need affordable housing while being able to provide for my family.
