Division Business Manager; Workforce, Immigration, Refugee, Homeless (HUD), and Domestic Violence Programso Draft and finalize an annual internal division budget of $9 million for programs to implement the nonprofit missiono Forecast grant proposal budgets and authorize grant award notifications from federal, state, and private funders to ensure adequate funding for the overall agency budget including match grantso Analyze and project long and short term budget data to meet funding requirements o Identify, research, assess, and present financial statement trends for cost recoveryo Coordinate a review of monthly revenue and expense statements and advise program directors to implement effective and efficient program operations aligned with the annual budgeto Study and monitor processes and procedures for quality assurance to report to the Division Directoro Monitor grant compliance through OMB Super Circular 2 CFR Part 200 yielding positive site visits and clean auditso Participate in self assessments of agency programso Define, allocate, and explain agency direct and indirect cost ratioso Proficient in SAGE MIP software, eImmigration software, and Microsoft OfficeSpecial Projectso Manage an award of four subgrants totaling $8 million in FEMA federal assistance for disaster case management and 12 subgrants totaling $21 million in private assistance for the oil spillo Analyze and score proposals as a member of the selection committee, including pre- and post- award processing, functioning with legal and the CFOo Verify monthly expenditure reports to ensure fiscal accountability according to grant rules, regulations, and award narrativeso Oversee obligations and process payments for financial assistance on an expense reimbursement basis for allowable, reasonable, and consistent costso Supervise program site visits for periodic monitoring through testing samples based on an initial and post-award risk assessment o Finalize and approve grant amendments
