I have 30 years in clinical-academic and executive roles at the Prince of Wales Hospital (POWH) Randwick and Southeastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) and excel in restructuring and leading teams, including the SESLHD Research Strategy 2016-2021and SESLHD Research Office restructure. With strong communication and leadership skills in medicine, IT and research translation I have introduced advanced technologies and clinical decision support systems and pioneered AI applications in healthcare facilitated by a cloud-based data integration platform. Currently Executive Director at an NHMRC-accredited Research Translation Centre (SPHERE), I co-lead a team emphasising consumer and community engagement, advocating for evidence-based recommendations and equitable access to care.
