• Modified the WIP process to expedite the processing of Express shipments. This process consists of multiple packages.• Updated customs forms for the Order Management module. • Enhanced the Diploma Cover Cancellation notice process. This update involved updating multiple SQL scripts. • Updated forms, reports, extensions, and interface as business requirements changed.

• Modified the Engineering nightly status update process. This process consists of packages, alerts, forms and Oracle reports.• Updated customs forms for the Inventory module. • Created a PLSQL package that purged credit card data from the Oracle ERP system on a nightly basis. This process greatly reduced Ergotron’s exposure to data theft.• Updated forms, reports, extensions, and interface as business requirements changed.• Assisted with the migration of our ERP production servers to a hosted environment.

• Created a new form for the quantity discount, QD, conversion from the mainframe to Oracle. The new form, called QD Promotions, allowed users to add and maintain Channel Revenue Management, ChRM, budgets. The objects in this form consisted of custom tables, views, multiple screens and a custom API package. The promotions form allowed users to view and create new budgets via custom APIs. This form was critical to the conversion of the quality discount application to Oracle EBS.• Developed a custom API package that allowed the creation of new Channel Revenue Management, ChRM, budgets. This PLSQL package called standard APIs for the creation of new budgets, pricing modifiers and accounts.• Created a PLSQL package that extracted Accounts Receivable data and combined that with Channel Revenue Management, ChRM, data. This data was used as input to an Oracle legacy reporting system called Credit Summary Reporting. • Created a new form for adding and maintaining reconditioned hearing aids. This form was challenging because it required converting mainframe data into Oracle EBS compatible items and models.

• Provided production support services for Oracle EBS applications. • Developed conversion interfaces from the mainframe Account Receivables system to the Oracle AR application. This was part of a larger effort to move all mainframe applications to the Oracle ERP platform.• Redesigned the Graco Item Information forms to enhance usability and performance.• Participated in the upgrade to Oracle Release 12.1.3. My main responsibility was to modify the purchase order workflows and associated packages. • Developed Oracle reports using Report Builder and XML publisher.• Created reports and extensions for the Schaffer warehouse automation system. The warehouse automation project involved both a software and hardware solution. As well as developing new interfaces, I was responsible for modifying existing WMS code to make it more flexible for the future growth of Graco Inc.

• Developed data processing solutions for the Order Management module. These enhancements have reduced the amount of time it takes to complete orders. In addition, these modifications have also allowed the business to schedule deliveries more accurately.• Collaborated with our production support team to develop a standard support model for working production support issues and enhancements. • Modified Sleep Number’s business intelligence application called Medallia. This custom application creates multiple extracts using XML publisher and sends the data to a third party vendor, Medallia, for creating customer reports. This tool is one of the main tools that Select Comfort uses to measure customer satisfaction with their products.• Worked with the business customers to modify EBS forms using the Oracle forms personalization functionality. These form enhancements have reduced errors when entering orders in Oracle order entry.

- Created an invoice print interface to our new custom Reimbursement application that was developed in Oracle Release 12. - Developed packages, functions, and forms to support the implementation of the Oracle Incentive Compensation application. - Created Discoverer reports for the Oracle Incentive Compensation project.- Modified JSP logic for the iStore eCommerce website.

- Developed an Oracle General Ledger interface that calculated Payroll Accrual information for the next fiscal month. The data was imported as GL journal entries. - Created an interface that converted Best Buy IT employees into Accenture consultants. The project involved creating a PL/SQL package that called Oracle APIs to modify these employees in the Oracle HR application.- Created a Visual Basic security program to allow the automatic creation of users in the Microstrategy 7.x environment. The security application maintained and updated a database of over 11,000 users every day. The program utilizes Microstrategy’s API to create, update, and delete users based on an input file transferred from a Unix server.

- Developed a Visual Basic 5.0 application that provided a GUI interface to allow entry and maintenance of reinsurance contracts on a DB2 database via MS Transaction Server. This project was considered large and involved 25 screens and additional code on the backend.- Provided production support services for mainframe Claim and Reinsurance applications using IMS, DB2, CICS, Batch MVS, JCL, and VSAM.

- Developed and coded a Visual Basic 4.0 application to track sales data for senior executive management. This project was considered medium to large and involved 10 screens with code written on the back end as well.- Provided training services to senior management on the use of the sales-tracking application.- Provided mainframe production support services for Purchase Order and Receiving applications using CICS, Batch COBOL, VSAM, and QSAM.
