I work with ESCO’s and contractors to supply LED lighting technologies to commercial and industrial accounts nationwide, to help them save money. My team handles all aspects of the lighting efficiency project, from audit and design through project management and rebate funding. We solve lighting issues for small business owners or large institutions, corporations and government agencies.

I helped business owners increase profits by reducing their energy consumption through improved lighting technologies, taking full advantage of utility rebates and financing programs which can fund entire building projects with little or no upfront cost.

Providing energy efficiency to businesses by improving their lighting, utilizing LED and sensor technology. I conduct lighting audits, manage projects, provide rebate administration and secure financing to provide these services with no out of pocket cost. Clients include parking facilities, schools, sports facilities, convenience stores and body shops, among others.

Acting as a third party broker, I arranged pickup and delivery of freight, LTL and truckload, finding my customers through cold calls and building relationships for transport. Through this relationship building process I secured regular shipments via truck, reefer and rail.
